MONDAY MEDITATION: I Didn’t Write This, But… (April 6)

For Christmas I had asked AI to write a devotion in a style that was similar to mine. Was very interesting what AI came up with in just a few seconds. So, for Easter, I did the same thing. I didn’t write what you see below, but I certainly believe what it says! Hope you have a blessed Easter.

Easter Devotion — “The Stone That Still Rolls”

Easter morning begins in the shadows. The women walk toward the tomb carrying spices, not hope. They expect death to be exactly where they left it. But God has a way of meeting us in the places we’ve quietly given up on.

When they arrive, the stone is already rolled away. Not because anyone asked. Not because anyone believed it could happen. God moved it simply because resurrection was already in motion.

We all have stones that feel too heavy to budge—old regrets, stubborn fears, relationships that seem beyond repair. We learn to walk around them, plan our lives around them, even pray around them. Easter reminds us that God doesn’t wait for our faith to be strong before He acts. He moves stones because that’s who He is.

The risen Christ meets us not with scolding but with reassurance: “Do not be afraid.” It’s His way of saying, “I’m already ahead of you. What you thought was the end is now the beginning.”

Today, let Easter be more than a story. Let it be a reminder that God is still rolling stones you thought were permanent. Resurrection didn’t stop at the tomb. It continues—in you, in your fears, in your future.
